How can I cancel my findependent Invest account?

You can easily cancel your «Invest» investment solution directly in the app: 

1. Withdraw the total amount of your investments. 

2. In the app, tap on «Profile» and then on «Your findependent account». 

3. Select the «Invest» product at the top, scroll down, and tap on «Cancel Invest». After that, you can specify a reason for cancellation (optional) and confirm the cancellation.

Despite cancelling the «Invest» investment solution, your findependent account will remain active.

Would you like to close your complete findependent account? Here’s how:

1. First cancel the investment solution(s) «Invest» and/or «Pillar 3a». 

2. In the app, tap on «Profile» and then on «Your findependent account». 

3. Tap on «Your findependent account» at the bottom and then on «Cancel findependent account». After that, you can specify a reason for cancellation (optional) and confirm the cancellation.

You now no longer have access to the findependent products and data.
