How can I cancel my findependent pillar 3a?

You can easily cancel your findependent pillar 3a directly in the app: 

1. Withdraw your entire 3a assets or have them transferred to another provider. You can do this with the «Pay out» button. 

2. Click on «Profile» in the app and then on «Your findependent account». 

3. Select the product «Pillar 3a» at the top, scroll down, and click on «Cancel Pillar 3a». 

Despite canceling the «Pillar 3a» investment solution, your findependent account will remain active and you can continue to use the "Invest" investment product if needed. 

Would you like to close your complete findependent account? Here's how: 

1. First cancel the investment solution(s) «Invest» and/or «Pillar 3a».  

2. In the app, tap on «Profile» and then on «Your findependent account».  

3. Tap on «Your findependent account» at the bottom and then on «Cancel findependent account». After that, you can specify a reason for cancellation (optional) and confirm the cancellation.

You now no longer have access to the findependent products and data.
